Our Story

We purchased what was called Coyote Canyon in 2009. Prior to opening we did a little remodeling by removing a few walls to open it up and added new glass coolers to showcase craft beers. After some time, we did a complete remodel, updated the menu and renamed it RustiX. Eventually we were able to complete the outdoor patio and add hitching posts which has been a great addition when the weather permits and for those that travel by horse. We wanted RustiX to remain a cozy yet quaint environment and a favorite local spot for drinks, gatherings and great food.
