Our Story

In 2009, we purchased what was then known as Coyote Canyon with a vision of creating something special for our community. What started with opening up the space and showcasing craft beer quickly grew into a passion project fueled by local support.

Over the years, we’ve transformed the building through extensive renovations, expanded our menu, and proudly reintroduced ourselves as RustiX. We added a welcoming outdoor patio, horse hitching posts, and gathering spaces designed for neighbors, friends, families, and visitors alike.

Through every change, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to small-town hospitality. RustiX is proud to be a place where great food, cold drinks, friendly faces, and community come together. Whether you’re stopping in after work, meeting friends on the patio, or riding in on horseback, we’re grateful to be part of the community that has supported us from the very beginning.
